Brewer's Notes

Actually used JW Vienna, not Powell's, but not on the list. The 50 min hop addition is actually FWH. Mashed at 66oC for 75 mins, 69oC for 15 mins. Bottled and allowed to carbonate for several weeks then ideally cold conditioned for 8 weeks plus. I am fairly happy with it. It scored 116.5/150 in the lager section at a local show this year. Head retention was a bit low then but has improved with time.
