Brewer's Notes

2 step mash, protein rest 50C for 30min, Mash 68C for 1hr.
Fermented at 12C for 1 week, then lagered for 2 weeks 4C, diacetyl rest to room temp for 1 day and then lagered in keg and bottle for 8 weeks.

I tried this on Saturday at the case swap and i can vouch for this being a top drop. It was the first beer i tried for the day so i wasn't pissed yet :icon_cheers:

It looks like a nice recipe too me.
The pale malts at 68 degrees would have given it plenty of body.
Nice to hear it turned out great.
