Mark's Amber ESB

Bitter - English Best (Special) Bitter
Partial

Brewer's Notes

Slight variation of http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum//index.php?autocom=recipedb&code=show&recipe=681

This is still fairly green but it's coming around nicely. It has the best malt taste I've ever achieved in home brew and doesn't taste like a partial at all. It feels velvety over the tongue. It's like an American Amber Ale, but with British ingredients, making a very nice beer in my opinion.
