Ginger Lager

Lager - Vienna
All Grain

Brewer's Notes

Mash 66oC for 75 mins. 70oC for 15 mins
Fermented at 10 to 12oC.

The 50 min hop addition is FWH. This beer finished at 1.012 which it does nearly every time.
I only feel at ease with giving recipes that are proven.

0.5 tablet Whirfloc
0.25 tsp Yeast Nutrient

call me crazy, but where does the ginger come into it? I can't see anything to do with ginger in the DB
