Every Day's an Oktoberfest

Brewer's Notes

Turned out much better than I expected! I used Crystal only because I ran out of Caramunich II - this is a big, hearty yet very quaffable lager.
The yeast I actually used (and isn't listed here) was the seasonal Wyeast 2000 Budvar Strain.

I havnt brewed a lager yet was thinking of using this recipie. What temp did you mash at??
