Brewer's Notes

TF Caramalt is SPECIAL B
2tsp Gypsum is 2g Calcium Carbonate (in mash water to raise PH

Mash:
15L 65C x 60mins + 68C x 30mins BIAB

Sparge:
8L @ 70C

Boil:
in 40 mins x 10 mins on medium heat

Hops: (in a hop sock)

Add the LME & Dark DME last 5 mins

Use chiller & ice to drop to 23C in 20 mins
