I saw this support desk ticket today at the company I am currently doing some support for...
I am still laughing...

Most faxes from this company, including invoices, are sent electronically from various systems.
The NZ based division of a customer of this company, who shall remain nameless, sent in a complaint that the invoices faxed to them were arriving all blurred.

Here is the ticket...


Subject Description: Basis (Infrastructure)

Incident Description:
Auto-faxed are printing out on these fax very unclear - Hi

[CUSTOMER] have a complaint that there invoices being auto-faxed are
printing out on these fax very unclear. They have no problems with other
companies faxing them only ours, and this problem has only just started
happening.

Their IT have looked into it, and suggested that the fax is sending it too
fast
and that this is an issue at our end?
 
Could be something to do with the time zone difference as well. :blink:
