We have now put the following measures into place following on from a shutdown of non essential services in NSW & we presume soon to be Nation wide.
We are implementing the following procedures in accordance to the most up to date laws by the Federal Govt on COHVID19.
Here at Hoppy Days we are a family of both staff & patrons with individuals for both in high risk categories.
All orders are to be placed online via our website only, with payment to be made via PayPal or bank transfer only. Any exciting orders that require payment we can process these over the phone, via bank transfer or paypal.
As previously stated we strongly advise getting your orders sent out via freight
to your address.
A 48 hour grace from period will be put in place tarting now for all current orders in our system. This includes pickups until otherwise advised, ending Tuesday 24th March at 6pm.
After the 48 hour Grace period the following additional procedures will be put in place.
No entry into the hoppy days store by non staff.
From Wednesday 25th March Any pickups will be arranged individually upon arrival via our loading dock roller door, with limit to 1 person at a time. We would encourage to call upon arrival no notify us to finalise your goods. We will be updating information at this time, this may change so please check on our website or social media.
We don’t take this situation lightly & trust that everybody understands & has patience during this period.
There will be delays with freight, order processing & out of stocks.
The Hoppy Days team will be working hard to support both staff & customers to ensure we can all still stay fit & healthy.

Freight Update -
Aus Post - no signature required for deliveries if you wish your goods to be placed in a safe place please add details in note section of online order. Aus post HAVE PROTOCOLS IN PLACE THAT STATES THEY throughly sanitise between postage orders individually.
Fastway Express & TNT -
Business as usual & THEY also strongly advise authority to leave option . Once again add to your order notes. These companies are following protocols in regards to safe practice at pickup & DELIVERIES
