I was under the impression that those things don't fit on the 545s.
You are right.

Does the one you linked to not fit a 545PC?
No.

Sorry, guys maybe I wasn't clear enough. I want a fitting similar to the one that I linked. I'm having trouble locating one (if they are even produced).

Have used a little Google-Fu

The 545PC has an ID of 0.385 inches (9.779mm when converted into SI units).

The other option might be to use a simple length of appropriate ID tubing, but slide it onto the outside of the tap front. Mastings/Bunners sell a bunch of differing ID vinyl hose by the metre.

Interested to hear how you get on, as I too have both 545PC's, and a growler I like to transport full.

The clear end fits over the tap, attach a piece of beer line to the other end and stick into your growler.

I use it all the time, works great.

You can also make your own if you have a MFL adapter flying around, just force a piece of silicone hose over it.

i'm ghetto, i just slide a piece of my 12mm silicon tubing over the spout. works a treat for a growler but it seals inside a longneck and stops any fluid flow...
I reckon if they say standard, it'd be for the 525 and the 575 taps. I have looked on their site, but have not enquired with them as yet.

This I like. I could purge the bottle with co2 using a pluto gun, then insert the thin piece of beer line and fill and cap a longneck.

I want to submit some for a comp or two this year, would this still remain carbed over a 3 month period Florian?

You will lose some carbonation but it should not be significant. Ensure that you chill your bottles to the same temp as the keg so you don't get much foam.
