Almost ready to dive into making my beer from grain now
Need grain and a candy/floating thermometer.

Have:
Voile
19lt stockpot
Smaller pot with strong pasta strainer for 'sparging' (rinsing as I understand).
Stovetop with a wok burner mmmmmm
2 X 30 ltr fermenter.
Airlocks etc AND clingwrap
Cooper plastic Paddle - plastic (I noticed that last time when I was boiling my tin of goo and extract the paddle kinda started wearing out
Big steel mesh ball from T2
Hop sock from HBS
Siphon
Funnel (lets hope I don't need the funnel and siphon!)
Yeast nutrient
Tins of brewing sugar and kilo of dex, just in case.
Insulation. Hmnnnnnn. Hmnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. Towels! I dunno what else to rig up.
Fermentation fridge - needs to be reclaimed from mums office where it's cooling cola!
Sanitiser - brewshield in spray bottle.
Cant think of much else except consumables. Hopefully tommorow's brew demo opens some blocked brain pores.
