Nitrogen/co2 Taps

Ok so i got my Nitrogen/Co2 Tap last week.

The only problem is i dont really know how to gas up my beers, ie forced carbonation or the correct pouring pressure?


Has anyone got any ideas.

Have a search on rec.crafts.brewing, go to google and select groups. Then choose Advanced Groups and enter rec.crafts.brewing in the appropriate section, then enter your search words. This is a pretty good resource for stuff like this. If you have probs I can explain it a bit better or post the links.

Off the top of my head you serve your beer at a much higher pressure but that's as far as my knowledge goes on this subject.
