BTW, If I was to turn it into a barleywine, what changes would you suggest making to the grain bill?


I've only brewed one american barley wine and it placed two years ruinning in the state comp and got a third in the AABC this year. All I did was get the alcohol up with base malt about 8kg, then added 100g of every other malt I had in stock exepting black/roasted and including ryes to get the complexity.
