Hi All,

I've ripped out this brew, I have no chilled and therefore all hop additions have moved forward 15min.
I added the 60min bittering additions, and the 20min additions and are now left with the 10min and steep addition.

What I was going to do was, add 10g NS and 10g Cascade to some boiling water, let steep for 10minutes and throw all into the fermenter... this would give a sort of dry hopping addition as well.

Any thoughts? (no chilling is a ******* sometimes :( )

Thanks all in advance.

Hopefully one of the more experienced no chillers will confirm but the french press is trying to replicate the late hop additions for flavour and aroma and don't replace the dry hop.

I am soon to biab this recipie and plan to french press the 10 min addition at time of pitch.
Then add the dry hop after 3 days of fermenting.
Cheers.
