Yeah anyone can log in using the same account but the only thing is you can only listen to one device at a time, so if I am using the ipad I cant play anything on my phone.

weve been able to both play music on our iphones at the same time. Sometimes, but very rarely it says something about can only synch with one device (Or some other type of error which I cant remember) But we are both able to play music at the same time for some reason.
