As Beerkat are seemingly running it (not Batz, as I first thought), they may choose to invoice everyone separately. Previous BB that I was in involved sending all of the money to one person, who then sent it on to the vendor. This one seems to be a little different, which hopefully means that we will pay Beerkat straight off the bat.

Your right, so far it is differently organised and nothing wrong with that. It's just that Beerkat asked if we wanted to close off and nothing is stated about a final day order - shut off. I'm not sure who or whom sets that and the process of payment etc.

Is it the double ball lock spear + gas ball disconnect + liquid disconnect + FFL-tap adaptor + beer tap?

Yes, that's correct the set includes everything. Except the regulator.
