Hey guys first brew and 3 days later melbourne hits 34 degrees as I'm brewing a mangrove jack (starter kit I requested for my bday) blonde lager how bad will this affect my brew says on the packet over 25 can affect flavour ( esp in lager ) can't keep it in the house so I have put it in a wardrobe in my shed. Also it's going down to 16 tonight should I be turning on the heat belt. I'm a chef and followed kit instructions properly.
