Melbourne Water Profile

Hi all,

I've just been playing with beersmith and have found the water profiles.
Does anyone know what the profile is for Melbourne's water ?

Supposedly very close to Pilsen in Czech Rep. (very soft), however I think there is also a bit of variation depending on your water supplier, and the reservoirs from which they source their water.

I'd also be keen to know exact amounts if anyone has the details.

Don't take this as gospel,but have these figures

Calcium: 5.0 ppm
Sulfate: 3.0 ppm
Magnesium: 2.0 ppm
Chloride: 12.0 ppm
Sodium: 8.0 ppm Bicarbonate: 12.0 ppm
PH: 7.0

Could even be a different profile due to low water levels
