Pump starts when top float up, pump stays on until bottom float drops then pump off till top float activates again.
used 3 x sy4065 relays and relay bases.
power supply mp3296 15w 12v dc

I think you are more likely to get a better answer if you clarified what you are trying to achieve.
A lauter grant usually serves as a vacuume break between the lauter and the kettle.
Unless you are building a really big brewery, I would have to ask why, what you hope a grant will do for you.
Remember that every additional bit of kit is another thing to clean (the curse of all brewers), something that can malfunction, requires maintenance...
KISS until you know how system changes will make life easier not harder.
