Hey Guys i am after a laptop computer as the kids have overtaken the main one and me and my missus dont get much of a chance to get on anymore.
Anyone got a secondhand or refurbished one they are looking to get rid off.
I know a few guys on here work in IT and just thought I would throw it out there.

Why not take advantage of cash splash kev and take him and his girly gov up on the tax break for new computer/s for school kids? Be much better than getting a crappy out of date PC that may be more trouble than it's worth in the long run?

Those EEEPC's these days are pretty cheap at <$700

Also Dell send me a cattledog every now and again and they always have specials on Laptops. for example intel core 2 duo, vista home, 2GB ram, 320GB HDD for $749

Yeah fents I was looking at spending $500 - $600.
Hence the reconditioned or second hand.
Might have to look at outside that range though.
