Lagers

just did my 3rd lager. All i can say to lagers now is GTFO! No more!!! if hell freeezes over i may try it again once i get my STC-1000 hooked up.


But too much of a head ****. low brew temps, then cold conditioning and then wait for when old st nick comes and slaps the wife on the ass... no carbonation


Also i tried a very green bottle of my english ale. no carbonation but i hope that changes soon.

I think i will stay with ales and RAHAHB.

boring beer but was trying it so now its GTFO. i will only drink it with my mate
