Hi Guys,
I’m pretty new at homebrew. Looking at doing K&K for 3 try and want brew an English Style Red Ale. This will be my first Ale attempt as I’ve only brewed the lager can that came with my kit and another lager K&K but didn’t get the carbonation I was after and learned that I should be cold crashing otherwise it’s not a true lager?
Anyways looking to do some more brews and learn the craft and figured I’d try something other than “Lager”, any advice?
