Hey Kegland, Can you cancel Ready for Collection Order MG 100063554
Have lost confidence shopping online with kegland due to lack of support and back up with the last order with Darin. Will have to shop at a retail counter where what is being purchased can be explained by someone with experience and knowledge of the product. The product purchased did not work as intended and the video sent in to show that, received a reply of oh, now it is used.
This is not the place to cancel an order.

I can help cancel it, what locker is it in and what's the pin code? ;):):fallingoffchair:

Its funny you mention this. We have been thinking about making an adaptor for the KeyKeg (and other one way kegs) to convert them to ball lock posts. These one way kegs can be found for free and most pubs that serve imported beers have trouble throwing them away so you can get them for free. So if we made a ball lock post adaptor you would have a very cheap plastic keg.

With that said we already are working on an 8L PET plastic keg that would be sold for $5 each or if you purchase volume the price would come down to $2-3 per piece. this will also have a ball lock post head sold separately. So this will still be a better value solution and more suitable for the application.
I’d be interested in the dimensions of the 8Lt ones if that’s possible

Is there any information about the 2” tri adaptor for the G3 fermenter?
Is this supplied with the unit or an extra?

Hi Kegland when are your RAPT Fermenters going to be available for purchase please Im waiting on one :)

Yes we feel that this is one of the most exciting products on the horizon. The RAPT Fermentation Chamber doesn't have a release date yet but to give you some idea how far we are away:
1. The main body of the chamber is complete however the plastic cover for the top has not been finished yet. This will take about 6-8 weeks to complete this injection mould.
2. The electronics have been made and already started to print the PCBs in preparation.
3. Firmware has got to a stage where it's already working and over the air updates are working. With that said this model has been designed so the software will can be updated over time and the updates to the firmware will be pushed to the chamber in future as we bring out other stuff that will talk to the chamber. So this means people who purchase the first units will still be able to take advantages of new features moving forward.
4. The front door still needs some work hopefully this will be completed in the next month and these last parts of the injection moulded door will then go to tooling. This will take another 2 months. We do already have the glass door available but we will release this as an upgrade. the standard fridges will have foam filled brushed stainless door.

So in summary we will probably have a working model by June/July but then we will have to get the electrical approvals. The electrical approvals will take about 2 months.

So based on all these factors it's likely that we have this product finished before Christmas this year.

Do you have a brewery? If you have a brewery and you are purchasing 16 units (this is a full box) of these 1kg PBW jars the price is already quite cheap already. Do you use this in your business or just at home?

$207.20 for 16kg ??? I would have thought buying a full box would attract a discount, having said that your 1kg price is pretty damn good.

Just at home. Was thinking more along the a bulk buy though.
I understand there are some other ingredients in the PBW that would effect the pricing but a $25kg sack of sodium percarbonate can be found for $80. I was thinking closer to the $100 mark would entice quite a few people.

The PBW is made from 8 different ingredients in total. The best way to save money is do not use more than the stated concentration. For most domestic customers only a teaspoon is all you need so a 1kg tub that we sell should last a couple years. I think the main issue is we see people use way too much at a time and often pour 5 or 10 times what they need to get the job done. So this is also one of the best ways to save money. With that said if you guys really want to do a bulk buy we would be happy to facilitate

I'd be happy with a 5kg retail bag, nothing fancy.
