Just Found Out I Have Coeliac Disease

Borret, yes know Buckwheat is gluten free, but I do react to it. I can remember my wife made pancakes one morning and put a small amount of buckwheat flower in it. Within 20mins I was asking, did you put buckwheat in the pancakes whilst running to the bathroom. Somebody told me buckwheat is related to ruhbarb.

Hey Scotty, i dont know if you've seen in the daily telegraph today on page 33 theres an article on gluten free beer and a gluten free restaurant in manly. Thought you may be interested.
