Just starting out on my brewing journey, went out and got some cheap & fancy second hand kit and have my first brew on the go (Weissbier). Got one of those Brewart beerdroids, just starting out on their kits to broaden my beer palette. Was always a spirits man until I was fortunate enough to go to Germany several years ago now, found out I like wheat beers and that most commercial stuff really isn't to my taste. Since then, I've tried several offerings from microbrewery's and did the little creatures tasting tour just pre-covid which helped me discover some darker beers which I'm still mostly ignorant about. Interesting journey so far and I have a lot to learn, let alone knowing whats possible in beer let alone what I may like!
