Hi

Was wondering if someone could help me work this out. I have a coupler that came with a kegging kit I bought on e-bay.

The ad said it was a cub coupler and I was looking at selling it on and getting an s-type. But I've been looking at photos of other s-type couplers on-line at ebay and grain and grape and they look exactly the same as the one I have anyway.

If someone has an s-type or d-type could they tell me what I have here?

When closed the metal prong at the bottom sticks out about 4mm, then there is a rubber that is about 4mm deep as well before the larger rubber which is about 6mm from the thread at the top.

It looks exactly the same as this except the prong on mine doesn't stick out when it is open -

Thanks

Mate the only difference between the two is just that. The s type beer out probe longer than the d type so you have a d type unfortunately

Cheers matho

Further to this - D type coupler - will have a half round press & Keg spear you will find has a ball bearing type ball &

the S type wil have a full round coupler press & spear will be flat. - SEE ATTACHED PIC.
