Coupler question

Hey there, so I've recently managed to lay my hands on this new keg coupler but I have some troubles identifying it. So far I simply understand it's S-type one, as for the manufacturer - I could try to guess it's VSH Fittings (Netherlands) but I fail to find if they have ever made any plus none of them are around on the market anyway. I'm also interested about the valve thing with a glass window in it from the co2 input's side (sorry, I don't know how to name it), is it supposed to be mounted directly on or is it some part of a bigger setup? I wonder about the price too. Hope someone can share some info about it.
