I Brewed Today

Folks

I just finished brewing an English Pale Ale. Its the first time I have brewed in about 4 months* and it was fantastic.

I just needed to share with someone who would understand.

* I know I've been slack but I did a bunch of lagers back to back over the winter and I've been drinking my way through them over the summer so I do kind of have an excuse.

Brewing is just wonderful. Not brewing at present due to no brewery or gear but will brew with Korev on Wednesday, need the mash in fix. Aim to brew at home soon in the outside "Liquid Amber Brewery", under guess what tree.

Lost a couple of litres of Stout due to a leaky fermenter tap but been brewing fairly constantly over the last week or two and aiming to get 3 more down this week.

pulled my first EVER homebrew off tap today, 5+ years of brewing and plenty of bottles, Now i feel like a real man with kegs

Just drained an English Pale Ale into the cube ten minutes ago ... going to brad's brew day tomorrow...
