when the fermenting fridge is free,so every 3 weeks, how do you guys do so many brews in such a time frame?,do you have several fermenting fridges?if you cube, you still gotta wait for ya fermenting fridge to be free?

Ideally the consortium here brews as often as we can to keep all available kegs full. As soon as one empties there is usually a brew in the fermenter allready waiting to be kegged.

I do a 50L batch every 2 weeks ....... the fermenting fridge is never empty
I have 2 beer fridges with a 50L keg in each & total of 10 x 50L kegs ......

Best I can do is about every 3 weeks. Work always seems to get in the way. Obviously I need a new job.

Depends on how good the beer is. Lately very good, so a keg is dying every 2-3 weeks, with some not even lasting 2 weeks!!. Hate bottling, but i have amassed enough for a full batch. I'll soon have some halcyon ale malt, so i'll do a "big" pale ale, and bottle it.
