I want to make a simple 2 level brewing unit. The lower level just high enogh of the ground so the boiler can dump into the fermenter, on the floor. And the second level just high enogh so the mash tun can dump into the boiler. Both are S/S kegs so the O/A height would only be about 1200mm and no wider than the two kegs together and no deeper than a keg.
My question is would 25x25x1.6mm think square hollow section be strong enough to hold all this gear with water and or wort in it? I dont plan on welding as I want to use these new type of conectors. So what do u think?
