here it is as it stands as of this afternoon.

i will crack 5 to 6 kg of grain in 2 min by hand.

leaves the hucks whole and gives me a fine enough crack for 80% efficiencies and easy sparging.

I have a motor for it now so it will be getting pulled apart, powered up and prettied up soon

Till someone pointed out that the rollers should be round ...

With this baby I can crank 5kg in 2 and a half minutes. 10kg needs a smoko.
