Hi guys, just come across the forum and it looks like what I need! I recently got a kegerator and am looking at getting into doing my own brews at home going forward.
Long term, I want to get into it a bit more (i.e. not using kits and do my own thing etc.), but for the start, I was thinking of just getting going with a kit in the first instance before slowly expanding as I go!
I see the Cooper's Home Brew Kit around a fair bit for $100 or so - is that a reasonable way to start or is there a better path/kit I should be looking at in the first instance?
I look forward to reading a lot and watching a lot from now on (watched a video of a guy making a NEIPA from a Coopers Pale Ale kit with a few extra bits and pieces and it made me want to try that too!).
Cheers
