Hi all.

Bought a #4 fresh wort kit from G&G today, not sure what to make with it...

Ingredients I have to add:
Yeasties: Munich lager yeast, german ale yeast (3-ravens), english ale (goat), and coopers vintage yeast.
Extra Hops: horison, styrian goldings,
tetenang, cascade ,target, northdown, and some saaz.
I have a half a metric shitload of light and dark DME. :D

Any suggestions?

Thanks for suggestions..

Maybe bump up the gravity a little with some extract and flavour with some crystal for a barleywine with the german ale yeast (quite alc tolerant), or being that it is 10% candi sugar, it would be perfect for a belgian strong golden or a similar strong belgian style if you wanted to steep some specialty grains too (or possibly just some DME).

Or you could steep 300-500gms of caramalt, and hop the crap out of it (an additional 40-50 ibu) with the horizon (bittering) and cascade/saaz (flavour) and make an imperial IPA!

From the website:

A pale high gravity wort suitable for making German Bock or Doppelbock, British Barley Wines, Imperial Stout and Scotch Ale, or Belgian Tripel, Dubbel, or Strong Golden Ales.

17 litres with an Original gravity of 1080 made with of Pilsner malt and with 10% of the gravity being provided by pale Candi sugar. 25BU with bitterness provided by a low cohumulone hop and a small late addition of German Hallertau.
