What is the 1.5kg can? Usually the kit tins come in at 1.7kg. But you are looking at around 4.5% in a bottle with carb drops in a 23L brew. A fair few variable such as ferment size, yeast etc can play a role.
Using Ianh's spreadsheet it tells me that a Coopers English Bittter kit (1.7kg) + 1.5kg of Light Dried Malt, a volume of around 18 litres will give an Alc% of around 6%
