I brewed a Summer Ale (Ordinary Bitter) for the QABC but it didn't get entered. Currently in full keg (since 4/8/10) and lagering away in the fridge.

I enjoy brewing low alc beers as a challenge, and they can be challenging, but I won't be drinking this one - I prefer >5% ABV
Would suit a BABBs member as I can deliver to next meeting, or anyone on the northside who may be travelling up this way and looking for a lawnmower / low alc quaffer.

Deal: swap a clean empty keg in normal condition.

1500 Golden Promise
450 Polenta
150 Melanoidin
350 Carared

70 degrees, 90 minutes

15 Admiral 60 min
30 Northdown 60 min
25 EKG 20 min

Ringwood yeast
