WTF!!!!

Tooheys_Ingredients.jpg

Why would they put this warning on there?

Its for coeliacs I would guess.

But I see what you mean, anything beer related will generally have some form of barley and coeliacs should be staying away from it anyway.

From this food standards site on food regulations...

Allergens that must be declared on food labels include gluten containing cereals and their products (e.g. wheat, rye, barley, oats); crustacea and crustacea products; eggs and egg products; fish and fish products; milk and milk products; nuts and sesame seeds (including their products); peanuts and soybeans (including their products) and added sulphites (in concentrations of 10 mg/kg or more) (FSANZ 20021).

Seems pretty obvious, but I guess its the law. Must say I haven't seen that warning on any other kits.

Reminds me of those UK headbanger lagers, each one contains n standard drinks where n is a massive number, and one can actually exceeds the daily recommended alcohol intake of the UK Nanny health ministry.

Label says "drink responsibly" and they come chilled in 4 packs :icon_drunk:

 love how it says hop extract may be present

It also keeps getting better with age ... FOREVER

Tennants Super? :icon_vomit:

Yes and Carlsberg super and Kestrel lager and Pirate Beer and Skol Super and .... oh my head. :icon_drunk:
The Carlsberg would have to be the pick, they actually started brewing it for Winston Churchill for a state visit as he liked his strong grog. Preferably for breakfast.
