Up for sale is a three vessel brewtroller controlled brew rig
Rather sell all together - Pickup Bendigo

$1,500 ono

Output volume MAX : 48-50lt
Min brew level : 25lt (this is due to the elements being to high in the kettle)
Power consumtion : 40amps (1x20amp, 2x10amp) This can be modified within the 240v box or plug up holes and make into gas fired
Controller : 12v box with brewtroller 20x4 Char LCD on/off/auto switches

Brewtroller features That I use.
- Auto fill HLT to desired level and start to heat water
- Auto fill MLT with desired water (Must be a certain way good once worked out)
- Preheat HEX pot then change over to other temp probe when mashing. (HERMS has two probes)
- PID controlled MASH temp with timer with step mashing functions (with HERMS)
- Auto mash out, ramps up to mash out temp then starts mash out timer
- Boil timers and hop addition alarms
- Store recipes or just run manually

if you dont like brewtroller I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to connect up to standalone PID controllers

12v Box with Brewtroller and control switches.
The Kettle Elements can be controlled separately, so you can turn the bottom on while the wort fills the kettle then turn the 2nd on when it covers the top element.

I'm interested in the brewtroller

will it work for my set-up (current may change)

I run a 10A and 15 A to my setup (all 240V)

HLT is an immersion elememt
HX (HERMS) is a kettle
1 pump

I currently run the HX with a PID, control the HLT element and pump with a power point :)

With some adjustment of the 240v box this wouldn't be an issue. The 12v control box is wired back to the 240v and its SSR so you'll just have to move a few wires, Put a 15amp plug on the 20amp cable. Just depends how good I've set it up and how good you are at understanding it :)

Great looking rig gava!

One thing I'll say mate is if you wait a little longer I'm sure someone just getting ready to move to a full setup wont be far away. You only listed it recently so a couple of weeks waiting for the right buyer might be worth it.
Always a such a shame to see these systems broken up piecemeal after someones laboured lovingly on their creation.

Good luck

it was fun building but i must move on.. TO ANOTHER ONE!

plus not many people show interest in single items so I'll also take full purchases anyway..

Too true I'm afraid. But if people just starting out now could look into the future and see how much money they were about to shell out in bits & pieces, rigs like yours would be sold within 5 minutes of being posted. Live, spend & learn I suppose :D. Hope you get your $1500 one way or another.

Hey mate.
What's included in the brewtroller kit?
Bubbler setup and temp probes?

Easily adaptable for rims? Looking at a 3v build now
