Hi,
I've been lurking for some time but want to get started on my first brew. I've decided to go with a recipe I found here: http://www.aussiehomebrewing.com/LagerRecipes/LagerRecipes.html

I'm looking at using the Thomas Cooper's Heritage Lager with the addition of Willamette hops and I'm trying to work out the best cook method for these hops. Should I be using these as finishing hops? If so how long would you recommend keeping them on the boil for?

Thanks!

Ended up going for a 10 minute cook with these guys, hoping for the best.

Enjoy the ride mate...
It should be a good brew. Just keep patient.

Cheers mate, I'm trying not to catastrophise over every detail as much a possible. I've already learnt a lot from my first cook.
