Hi Everyone,
First off thanks, I used this forum as an epic resource to get my off kit beers (only did 2 Coopers kits), and into Partial, and next one hopefully All Grain.
I had a can of Coopers Canadian Blonde as a base, and a couple of malts and hops handy, so i thought I would spice up the basic Canadian Blonde can by adding my own hops, and steeping some speciality malts. Recipe is below, please let me know what you think? And thanks again for all the help from everyone, you made brewing interesting and easy for me, without even knowing it!
