Well apart from first welcome post this is it... I have put down a ginger beer to get started. And although its kinda cheating I bought a packaged Morgans Ginger Beer.. and I am brewing as instructions. I want to adjust or start from scratch my brewing in the future but have to start from somewhere. I also have going with another fermenter a Coopers Mexican Cerveza and doing like wise as per instructions. I was tempted to go with some recommendations from everyone with brewing both these but thought I will never know what they are like following the instructions given if I didn't go down that path.
I am keen to play around with both brews in the future and even get into doing them from scratch... but I need a starting point.
