Fire Exstingushers In Sydney

I had a company who was O K with refilling my exstingusher, but when I fronted up with it he changed his mind I am in the south of sydney but will be happy to travel to get it filled. What would I expect to pay.
a few months ago ther was a post for a enginear's suply in Alexandria who was the agent for CO2 valves to fit onto the exstingusher so as you can get rid of the handle set up and the chance of gas leakage with a dicky O ring any ideas
