I'm about to bottle an oatmeal stout (not a lot of oatmeal) with an FG of 1.017 and just seeking comments from anyone who's done something similar:
Cheers
- 5kg base malt
- .6kg flaked oats
- .6kg roasted barley
- Mashed at 67C
- 22.5 litres
- Irish Ale yeast 1084 fermented at 18C
- OG 1.058
