Hey guys, just having my first glass of my latest pale ale and I'm totally impressed with how superb it tastes so I thought I'd share my recipe.

23L b

72% Effeciency

Maris Otter 3.8kg 82.4%
Munich malt 350g 7.6%
Biscuit malt 230g 5%
Flaked Wheat 230g 5%

Northern Brewer 14g @ 60 min
Motueka 25g @ 15min
Motueka 25g @ 5min
Cascade 25g @ 5min
Motueka 50g dry hop
Cascade 25g dry hop

US-05 @ 18c

Predicted OG and FG was 1.043 and 1.009 but I got better than excepted efficiency so OG was 1.050 and it finished @ 1.012. I follow a similar fermentation schedule to the one listed on the Brulosophy website if anyone is interested.
