I was not going to leave it open, I was going to keep in 2nd Junior, under pressure with CO2, add yeast when ready to go into Fermenting fridge, it would the same as storing beer in a keg, just not carbonated - isn't that cubing or have I got the wrong terminology.I dont know what the effects of leaving a kit open without yeast
