I have American Pale Ale that has been fermenting for a week. I want to give it 3 or 4 more days. Problem is I want to brew again and my ferm fridge is a 2 font kegerator that can go up to 23 degrees. I want to brew tomorrow and there is no room for 2 fermenters. Can I put the fermenter into a regular fridge that is running at 2 degrees for the remaining 3-4 days?

Or just leave it out in a low-20s spot for a few days to finish off
then do the cold crash chill?

leave it out in the laundry or bathroom, for a couple of days (to ensure it finishes off, with the expected temp range it won't be too hot) then move it to the 2 degree fridge for a couple of days to clear it up.
