According to Hops Direct, they will ship 5x 5pound bags to my postcode, but not 10x 1pound bags, which is weird. They seem to limit 4x 1lb pound bags to Australia through the website. Doesn't make sense to me but it might be an error in the config on their online store.

5x5lb (25lb) is around 11.3KG which comes out at $51.30/KG posted to Australia.

I'd be interested in half a KG if you willing to ship some to Perth for me.
