been thinking of using on the tooheys dry lager, but i might try it on the stock-standard coopers green lager. any ideas?

Yep - dont be so risque. Stick to what you know. That way you'll never be dissapointed.
 
My Missus loves the lighter drier beers so I do a few Coopers Lagers with the dry enzyme. I would suggest using mainly dextrose. I think its a bit of a waste using cornsyrup or extra malt when using an enzyme. My understanding is that the enzyme will convert the non-fermentable part of these sugars so they can be fermented.

I used it today on a Bacchus and Barley Alaskan Ice Beer. I used 750g Dextrose, 250g PCS.

It's supposed to make a Canadian Blonde Style.
