Hey guys, my first brew was a draught was a big hit with the boys had 28 long necks gone in 1 weekend..

now for my next brew im thinking of making another.. was thinking of using the coopers traditional draught as a base:

http://www.coopers.com.au/homebrew/hbrew.p...id=1&id=121

but also want to use a different yeast hops and some malt extract.. has any one done some of these and played with extra hops and things?

what would be the best yeast to use should i use one of the saf-ale yeasts? fermentation temps will be around 22dC..

Cheers All,
Dion.

Craftbrewer has an extensive listing of yeasts and what types of beer they are used for.

Pride Of Ringwood seems to be a pretty popular aussie hop.

Cheers
Matt

us-05 would work well.

I'm a fan of Cascade and Amarillo, which both work well in American style pale ales.... If thats what your into.
