Can you suggest me something?
This is my first time using nectaron and riwaka... so I'd like some help!

Looks delicious. If it was me I’d skip the 15min addition, bitter with something high alpha and up the dry hop a little. But I’m sure it will be a great beer regardless.

Thank you! not knowing nectaron and riwaka I had doubts about the percentages of use. For the 15 minute range I excluded the riwaka because I read that it expresses its best in late hopping, Hop stand and DH while in the 5 minute range, hop stand and DH I inserted all three assuming a 2:1:1 ratio nectaron/motueka/riwaka. this is my reasoning! my doubt is that nectaron can cover everything!
