Hey giys, I have a bunch of bottles thats have been sitting for a while that need to take a car trip.

Will disturbing them and mixing them up a little form the travel (its a very bumpy road) make a difference?

Do I just leave them to settle again? will there be a change in taste?

Have you ever bought unfiltered beer?

Just let them settle again, in a fridge or a cool place if possible. No biggie.

The yeast is a good source of B vitamins but may not agree with your guts to start with.

Yeah, best to stop brewing all together.

Will make a difference to appearance (cloudy) and a little bit to taste (yeasty) but to be honest I usually roll my bottles around a bit to mix the yeast back in before drinking anyway, I enjoy the flavour. As slcmorro said you can just leave them to settle down again if you want, but I'd at least try one, you might find you prefer it.
