I dont know what they are called. Grain and Grape was selling them. I got a few of them from a plastics joint for this purpose a year or 2 ago? Cant believe i hav'nt used them before.

Easiest, cleanest transfer to the fermenter ive ever done. It was pretty slow though but i think i got pretty good aeration for an apa necauae of it. I swaped it for the cap and about 20mins before pitch and set it on its side with a small block under the front to put it on an angle and let it settle

Saved. Must see if I can locate something similar back in the uk. I currently siphon with silicone tubing 3/4 of the wort and carefully pour the rest. But these would work great
 
I've used one for ages, A.G. stores and pool shops sell them as well.
